You’ll have access to five properties in total. If any of the property gets sold out or gets denied by the owner to be sold (in case, the owner changes his mind), then you’ll have access to add more properties as per your requirements in your cart till the total of properties reaches five.

26. I am trying to contact a lead but their phone is not reachable. What should I do?
  • It could be because the particular lead is probably out of his/her network coverage area. We suggest you try to contact them again later. 
  • Also, make sure that you are using the correct STD code or make sure you dial the mobile number with ‘0’ at the start. 
  • Alternatively, you can use RadeOnn Chat to connect with your leads. It’s easy and simple and you don’t have to worry about network issues. Just enter your email address, send a message to your lead and he/she will reply to it whenever they see it.
25. I am receiving Very Few / No Responses. What should I do?

We’d like to inform you that responses directly depend on users who are searching for properties and as per their interest. However, we can share some suggestions on how to post property listings and a few Quick Tips to Maximize the Responses.

1. Your locality information should be correctly filled. Don’t keep it blank.

2. Make sure your property is priced appropriately.

3. Post your property with complete details. Make sure that you enter all the relevant information like location, features, amenities, and distance from key destinations, etc. while posting your property on RadeOnn. This helps in two ways: a) The property seeker gets a clear idea about your Property. b) You, as a Property seller, get relevant leads for your Property.

4. Highlight the unique features of your property. Properties can have different unique selling points like location advantages, a one-of-its-kind concept, unique amenities, etc.

5. Add property photos and videos. Properties with photos and videos attract many more buyers than those without any photos. Make sure to add good quality photos. In case you have any problems in uploading the images, please send in your property pictures along with the Property ID to info@radeonn.com.

6. Update the correct locality. In case your locality is not mentioned or if it’s wrong, make sure you update the correct locality to get maximum responses.

7. Lead and listings utilization. Make sure the responses are attended promptly for the users to be involved and interested. Also, use your listings quota appropriately and put new listings or refresh your listings on RadeOnn site on a regular basis.

8. Use STD dialing codes and profile updation. At times the contactable leads are missed due to a small reason, that is - not using STD code or '0' before the mobile number.

In case the lead's mobile/phone number does not respond, it is wise to double-check the number dialed or you can contact the Lead by sending an Email. Update your profile with recently used contact details as and when required.

It’s really unfortunate that you are receiving spam or fake responses. We request you to report the issue by writing to us at info@radeonn.com.

RadeOnn verifies contact details of every single lead to make sure you get only genuine responses. However, at times, buyers change their mind after expressing interest or sometimes they change their requirements. RadeOnn will not be able to filter out such customers.
22. How can I view the responses on my property?

Follow these steps to view responses on your property:

• Sign-in to your RadeOnn account with your Username and Password.

• Go to ‘Dashboard’ tab from the ‘Welcome’ dropdown

• Go to ‘View Response’ tab given below your listing.

• You will get a list of all responses received on your property.

• You can see Mobile, Email Id and Date on which you got the responses.

• Click on the ‘Name’ of the Response to view complete details of these responses.

21. Why am I not receiving Email alerts for responses on my Property?

Here’s what you can do if you are not seeing alerts from RadeOnn in your inbox:

• Check your Junk mail folder just in case the mails are going to junk instead of the main inbox.

• Add RadeOnn to your contact list to ensure all the mails from RadeOnn are delivered directly to your Inbox. Write to us at info@radeonn.com if you continue to face this issue.
