You can change your profile name in the following easy steps:

Step 1: Sign In to your account.

Step 2: Go to the Dashboard and then click on ‘Profile’.

Step 3: Click on ‘First Name’ and ‘Last Name’ and type the name you want to be shown on your profile

Step 4: Click on ‘Update’ and you’re done

13. How can I reset my password?

Step 1: Sign In to your account.

Step 2: Go to the Dashboard and then click on ‘Change Password’.

Step 3: Type your ‘Old Password’ (current password), ‘New Password’ (that you want to create) and ‘Confirm Password’ (same as New Password).

Step 4: Click on ‘Update’ and you’re done

14. I forgot my password. Can I get it on email or mobile?

No, RadeOnn doesn't share the password on email or mobile. In case you don't remember your password, you will have to reset it. Follow the steps to reset your password:

Step 1: Click on Sign In

Step 2: Click on ‘Continue with Email’ or ‘Continue with Phone’

Step 3: Type in your email address/ phone number

Step 4: Enter the password you remember and Click on ‘Continue’

Step 5: If it doesn’t login, Click here to reset your password

15. How can I make my password strong?

Follow these steps to make your password strong:

• The length of your password must be between 8 to 14 characters.

• It must have at least 1 number digit (ex: 0, 1, 2, 3, etc.).

• It must have at least 1 special character. Allowed special characters are !@#$%^&*_

• It must have at least 1 alphabet. Prefer to use both uppercase and lowercase alphabets.

16. I have lost my mobile. How can I login?

Login using email: You can still login using your email.

• Click on Sign In and enter your email address.

• Click 'Continue'.

• Enter password and click on 'Continue'.

17. Not receiving SMS on my registered mobile number. What should I do?
If you are not receiving any SMS from RadeOnn on your registered mobile number, we request you to check with your network provider. Meanwhile, you can continue to receive messages from RadeOnn on your registered email ID.
18. Can I create a new account using the same number that is registered with my existing account?
No, you cannot create a new account with the same number that is registered with your existing account.
19. I do not want any calls from the sales department. What should I do?
In case you do not want to receive any more calls from the sales team, write to us at info@radeonn.com. Your privacy is of utmost importance to us at RadeOnn.
20. Why am I not receiving any SMS alerts for responses on my Property?

We usually notify our users if our servers are down or in case of any technical issue that could impact the flow of SMS alerts. However, if you haven’t received any such notification from us, then it could be an issue with your network provider. To resolve this, we request you to discuss the issue with your mobile network provider as soon as possible.

Meanwhile, you can continue to receive the messages through your registered Email ID.
